These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including digital marketing services, website design, and any other related services provided by the Company. 1. Payment Terms
1.1 Payment Upon Delivery: All payments for products or services are due upon delivery.
1.2 Deposit Requirement: For website design or any project requiring significant resources, a 50% deposit is required before project initiation.
1.3 Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be divided into two separate payments:
50% of the total project cost is due at the 50% completion milestone.
The final balance is due upon delivery of the completed project.
1.4 Taxes and Fees: Taxes and any applicable fees are not included in this proposal and will be added to the total cost as required.
1.5 Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, ACH, company checks and all forms of credit card payments. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% payment convenience fee (PCF).
2. Scheduling and Project Changes
2.1 Scheduling: The scheduling of services and completion dates must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the initiation of the project.
2.2 Major Changes: Any major changes requested by the client after the project has been initiated will be reviewed by our project management team. Additional charges may apply for such changes and must be approved in writing by both parties.
3. Monthly Campaigns
3.1 Invoicing: Monthly marketing campaigns will be invoiced at the beginning of each campaign and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise notified.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of monthly recurring services requires email or written notification at least one week prior to the next scheduled charge.
3.3 Reporting: Reporting for marketing campaigns will be provided at the beginning of every month.
4. General Provisions
4.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas in Collin County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
4.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
4.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
4.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PremiumScapes Consulting regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
