DELIVERY & PAYMENT POLICY


All payments are due upon delivery of product or service. A 50% deposit is required for websites or any project requiring significant resources prior to delivery. The remaining balance owed is divided into two separate payments, one at 50% completion and the final balance due upon delivery. Scheduling of services and completion dates should be agreed upon prior to project initiation. Any major changes requested by the client after the project is initiated will be reviewed by project management. Additional charges may apply for said changes and must be approved in writing by both parties.

Reporting is provided at the end of every month for marketing campaigns. Client will provide the required access for onsite activities.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


A client may cancel any monthly recurring service at any time as long as initial term of service has been met. Project cancellation will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Once payments have been received and work delivered no refunds may occur.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
